    Incorrect order

    The poor review is not from your products it self but rather from your inability to package the correct items purchased and to respond to these matters.
    I was given 9 of the gold dresses rather than 4 and the black and green dresses I was given none of. I contacted your company via the contact directly on your website and still to this day have I received no compensation nor contact regarding the matter. Considering I paid close to $2000 worth of products I expect that all the items are package carefully and a correct.
    This email says it was “fulfilled” 2 weeks ago, which in fact I only received my order less than a week ago. Considering I paid express shipping for these items I was disappointed that not only was it late but I was given the wrong items in which no one helped after I had contacted you immediately.
    I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved and expect to be contacted from your establishment soon.
